Before the Buyer (BTB) is operated by David Chavez personally. This notice explains how information is handled when you visit this website, submit the owner questionnaire, or arrange a conversation.

Information you provide

The questionnaire asks for your name, business name, email address, business location, optional phone number and comments, and information about your business and succession goals. Please provide general information only; do not send account numbers, tax returns, or sensitive financial documents through this form.

How information is used

David uses your information to respond to your inquiry, prepare for your conversation, discuss relevant services, and follow up with you. Submitting the questionnaire does not list your business for sale or commit you to a paid service.

Services used by this website

• Formspree processes and stores questionnaire submissions and sends notifications to David’s business email. See Formspree’s privacy policy.
• Google Workspace and Google Calendar support email and appointment scheduling. Booking opens a Google-hosted page, where you provide appointment details. See Google’s privacy policy for those services.
• Google reCAPTCHA helps protect the form against spam and abuse. It processes technical and interaction information, which may include IP address, browser and device information, cookies, and interactions with the website.
• Website hosting providers may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser details, to deliver and secure the site.

Cookies and measurement

BTB has not added Google Analytics or advertising pixels to this site. Hosting and security services may use cookies or similar technology for their operation. Your browser settings let you manage cookies; blocking them may affect form verification or scheduling.

Access, retention, and your choices

Information submitted through the questionnaire is handled through the services above and David’s business email. You may contact David to ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or ask to stop follow-up. Some records may need to be retained for an ongoing engagement or applicable recordkeeping obligations. No online transmission or storage method is completely secure.
